My parents had a very difficult time filing their taxes. We were thinking they were going to have their appointment with Iveth so I didn't think I needed to be there with them. She helped them the last couple of years. When they got there not only she wasn't there, but there was no one that spoke Spanish. I understand that having Spanish assistance is a privilege, but when they scheduled their appointment over the phone, they were asked if they needed assistance in Spanish. Iveth did my taxes in the past, I remember going back to her because I had questions, she was always there and always answered all my questions

Not the place to go for help! They never return a call or many calls or give you the run around. I just needed a little help but now I'm homeless. Sad community action. Terrible place!

We showed up after a phone call the day before and even though we were told the waiting list for assistance was full she kindly brought us right in and help us fill out our application for assistance. Our electricity was turned off while we were there filling out our paperwork so she had the inspector at our apartment next day and we had our electricity back on within 2. They were amazing and we are extremely thankful and blessed.
