I rode down to Ride Now Power Sports of Concord to check out a Harley Davidson Trike they were advertising. I was introduced to Sonja, who I had spoken to on the phone, she got me a floor salesman (Cody) who took me out to show me the trike. From that point on everything flowed very smoothly, they worked out a really great deal and there was never any pressure to buy. Great people, great deal and I would recommend them whole heartily.

I found their ad online and decided to drive over 6 hours to come in and make my purchase in person. There were a few issues surrounding my deal which had me worried, but I'm really glad Sonia and Cody#1 were there to help and make sure everything got worked out. Jacob Leget was SUPER patient with me and my 13 year older grandson. We purchased gloves, helmet (V2), and a pair of googles. He took his time and assisted us. He was very professional and understanding of our novice state. Soup was helpful at checkout. Smooth transaction. Great customer service.
