Unloading went fairly quick. The people I had contact with had personality of a fence post. Felt like I was a bother for them. No restroom.

Another easy place to find and get into. You can park in the street over night if you like. If you get there first thing in the morning you will have to wait in line. Took me about thirty minutes to get to the gate. The guard and the lady inside were nice. Although mine was prepaid, as with all food warehouses, they do charge a ransom. The spots can be hard to back into if they have their trailers all sitting around. It took about an hour to unload me and count. They do have a facility if needed. It was an ok place to come to. I wouldn't mind coming back if I had to.

For the truckers. Some overnight parking is available outside of premises on the south part of Corporate Drive. On the north part of Corporate Drive its limited to parking from 6 p.m to 5:59 a.m. Guard was cool, premises were clean. Easy to backup into. Leave seal in trailer after opening doors, slide tandems to the rear for safety. Quick unloading. Hefty lumper fee. Lady at office was quick and precise. Update: No lumper fee, staff is still very efficient. No major issues.
