I blew out a tire on my new outback while in St Pete. Called AAA and they put the donut on for me. I had to buy a new tire, did that at the dealership in Bradenton. Manny, the service rep that helped me was AWESOME. They did not have the tire in stock so loaned me another outback to use. I appreciated that. However, I was not comfortable while there waiting and doing paperwork. Not all staff or customers wear masks as required (and wise). After the tire was changed, I returned the loaner, I paid and I left. Realized later that they did not put my donut tire back in the secure well. I am short and “older” so I had to ask a friend to do that after a couple of weeks of driving around with it back there. Having the tire in the back prevented me from using the back of my car fully. I think the tech that changed my tire should have put the other one away properly.

Loved the entire shopping and buying process with Conley Subaru. Lindsey, with internet sales, was very informative and attentive. She answered all of the preliminary questions that I had. Mr. Howard Brooks Jr was absolutely amazing to work with. He secured the car that I wanted and had it ready for me to sign and drive it off the lot. The finance process was done online and the negotiations were fair and quick. Perfect executions of CDC procedure regulations for the entire in-store transaction. And they offered a more in-depth training of the intricacies of your vehicle, which I love. I'm so excited with my purchase, just upset I didn't do it sooner.
I love Conley Subaru. I have purchased 3 Subarus in total from them. Their service department is awesome. But this last visit to get my 6 months service for my car wasn’t as pleasant as usual. They are in the process of renovating their offices & are temporarily sharing space with Conley Buick. This was my first time in this building. The service waiting room did the social distancing with the chairs. Almost everyone waiting wore a mask, but the salesperson walking through did not. I saw at least 5 different salesman walk through without a mask or wearing it under their chin. I was very disappointed in them. Not the quality of service I was used to from Conley Subaru. The service department people themselves wore masks. It was just the men who walked through with Conley shirts on that didn’t wear masks.
The Subaru service department is excellent! Manny and Angel are great at what they do. They actually care about your vehicle as well as you personally. I service all my vehicles at this location! Our family owns 5 Subaru's. Can't wait for the new building!
