I had my MacBook diagnosed by a professional at Connect IT. I highly recommend their services to anyone reading this review. If I had gone to them first when my computer started running slowly, I would have saved time and money. The best part about working with Connect IT was their responsiveness and communication. Apple support is great, but calling a business number and having a real, live, air-breathing employee answer within a few rings never gets old. 10/10.

:\tJust a note to tell you how pleased I am with their service. I had called 01/29 about a problem with my router. While Connect IT could not schedule a technician to come out that day, they provided with telephone numbers to troubleshoot the problem. This lead to a resolution. I had the pleasure of working with the Connect IT team when my computer went through a crazy hardware crash right before a MAJOR report was due for work. The team at Connect IT knew that I was frantic and did absolutely everything they could to help me in a timely manner by providing me with a computer while they were gutting and searching for my lost file. After a day of what I've come to learn was intense data recovery they were able to get all of my files for me! They also assisted my entire office by setting up our computers and networks to run seamlessly and cohesively. I can't tell you how amazing they are to work with and how speedy they are to share information and get you back up and running to the best of their abilities. Connect IT lives up to their brand. I personally experienced this under a circumstance which typically stresses such claims, especially in a newer company. My initial relationship was with Jeff, a Connect founder. I remember discussing at length the company ethos and aspirations. I was easily convinced. I had a technology need last week and Jeff was tied up and a newer associate Daniel came to provide the service I needed. Daniel, personified the service and competency brand Jeff preached to me...and Daniel was new. That is a credit to Daniel, Jeff and Connect IT.
