Absolutely LOVE living here. It was originally going to be temporary because We have two kids...but the tiny home is perfect for us, plenty of room, very homey️ I have no complaints for any of the staff or the owner. They are all friendly and accommodating especially during time of need like the snow storm we had. They keep the place clean and quite and most importantly, safe!

Loved the place. The staff was friendly and management was awesome. I stayed in one of the tiny homes and it was the cutest thing. It was well maintained and clean and I loved it all. The security measures made me feel safer than most places. Loved living there.

I have been here close to a year. Have never been happier than I am now. Let me start by saying that the office staff are amazing. The community is kept clean and they are always improving. The residents are extremely friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond to all residents needs. The tiny homes are as cute as can be, but if you cannot afford those they have alternatives. It is actually cheaper than living in an apartment. You also do not have anyone living above you or below you like an apartment, which makes it nice. This community is also convenient for individuals who enter into a long term lease as an apartment holds you to 60 days notice. There is only a 7 day notice. I think that you should give Residents RV a call. You will not regret it. Have a blessed day!
