I understand that this is not the place that everyone wants to be associated with in their lifetime... but, they do handle their accounts and the people associated with them with professionalism and real concern... and you can actually understand them on the phone! They are truly there to help.

I called to pay debt off and lady was not friendly at all. Didn’t give me any information on anything and acted like she didn’t want to talk to me.

Not only was I given a letter form them for a bill that after checking with the hospital told me I had a zero balance with for over a year. When I did pay them the money it has been over a month an I still have not received the letter of zero balance. They said they couldn't email it but over a month later and I find out that they didn't even bother to mail it. Looked up every law there was on the matter and can not find a single reason they would not be able to email me the letter. I think its just the laziness of their employee's and the sketchy practices their business has. This company represents everything that is fundamentally wrong with the US, who care about the Reps and Dems these are the ones we need to get rid of.

I had a fine experience with Cons. Collection Management. It's obviously a debt collection company so the call isn't fun, but the woman there was professional and answered my questions. The amount for the account lined up with what I saw on the credit report and the payment was simple. I don't like that they won't give you a receipt, but they will give you a confirmation number. All in all, about the best you can expect from this type of situation.

If I could give a negative 5 star rating I would. I have been sent a letter in mail for bill for “debt collectors trying to get me to pay a hospital bill” for over a year ago yet in very beginning I was told I do not owe bill by hospital because I qualified for their financial assistance. I have called the hospital probably 6-7 times over past year almost every time I get this letter in the mail, the hospital says every single time I owe absolutely nothing and they have no idea why I keep getting mail about this and to ignore it. This is harassment at this point. Definitely fraud or some sort of scam going on here do NOT trust these people. I don’t even believe this is a real debt collector company. They will try to scam you to pocket money for themselves that you don’t even owe. Be careful anyone who receives calls or mail from them because this is a full on scam.
