Recently bought a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from here. We worked with Brendan who was fairly new to the car sales game, but he was great all the same. Brendan & the sales manager here were some of the easiest people to work with through the car buying process (and I've bought or helped with the purchase of more than my fair share of vehicles). They were flexible and willing to work with us on getting the vehicle up to our standard before taking the keys.
I purchased a nice vehicle from here and the experience at the dealership was nice. I noticed that the vehicle I traded in was still on my bank account after a while and called Cook to inquire about it. I left a message with the lady who answered the phone and was told I would receive a call back. Well now I have made another payment on a car I don't own as well as the car I do now own. Would really like to get this straightened out quickly before I have to make another payment on a vehicle I don't have.
Very easy never pressured buying process. Teena Cardoni is a true professional and wonderful to work with.
