Great selection and rates for tiles. I thought their collection of tiles were the best compared to the other 5-6 tile shops I've visited. Worked with Leah Chalfant and she was great to work with, she helped me a find a substitute tile I needed for my shower walls. When you check out samples. you have 48 hrs to return them, but they can work with you if you need more time. Remember to call them to schedule an appointment prior to visiting due to Covid. I've ran into a lot of places where their hours differ from what their websites said.

Tony and KP were both awesome! Tony is at the very edge of understanding design concepts. He is one of the very few people I've met that could understand my design vision without myself having to fully explain things in detail and would just get it right away. He spent a lot of time going over every detail with me on cabinets. KP was very delightful and has an incredible work ethic. I didn't have to waste my time with tiles because she knew right away what I was looking for and my budget and found a few right away. She is definitely a great asset if you end up having her as your account manager!
