Considering changing banks after today. I work as a server and the majority of the money I make is cash. Today I came with 800 in cash and a check for 200. Waited at the door and was told that I can’t come inside for a deposit and have to use the atm. Oh but get this. The atm was down. I asked her when it’d be up and she said she didn’t know. I waited and eventually it did come up. I was first in line with 5 other people. I became very uncomfortable depositing 1000 at an atm with people right behind me and each transaction has a 30 bill limit. It would’ve taken probably 20 minutes since I had so many bills. This made me anxious as I didn’t want to hold up the line. I’ve had prior bad experiences with Navy Fed such as someone taking out a loan in my name. I am considering banking elsewhere.

I wish the workers had more training on how to be polite. When you first walk in someone always says hello but unfortunately that is the only time they are polite. I will drive to any other navy federal than coming here.
