First I want to say thank you to the sales rep that went above and beyond for us- Michel. I appreciate his dedication and hard work and making the sale happen. Also for the rest of the team that play part in the process. The only thing I would say is the GM of the branch should get the process more organized amongst the internal employees. For some reason there is a disconnect between the sales team and the credit analyst. The reps have to be begging the analysts to review their customers to close a sale. There should be a more organized way. An no one should have to beg anyone to do anything, specially to close a sale. Sales should be allowed a closer communication with the analyst, some people from credit act as if they are too important and give the impression as if they are doing you a favor. As a customer you don’t want to feel that way when you are putting in your money to buy a car. There should be better communication to the customers coming from the credit people. Maybe be more professional and give the same importance to each customer across the board. I am happy with the purchase and again the sale rep was amazing! But disappointed from other aspects. We waited hours before any of the analyst would acknowledge us.. coming from the top to the bottom the top financial analyst had more important things to do and we waited 4 hours to later be seen by someone else. There was no communication to us we just waited 3-4 hrs at-a time. As a professional myself I know to treat everyone with professionalism and respect. Give the upmost best customer service. Working with the public you must have a key to business relations and a lot of the internal employees lack that. Otherwise I would give it a 5 star.

The service I received at AutoNation Corals Gables was great. The sales rep I worked with was very prompt and courteous with any questions I had. The finance manager I dealt with to finalize my deal was very informative and gave me great advice on the purchase of my new 2021 Tahoe.

Between getting my truck appraised, and locating the truck I wanted to buy I wasted 4 hours in the dealer. The sales person never called me back, didn't respond to multiple calls and messages. I spoke with a leasing Manager once and then he never contacted me again nor answered any calls or messages I had left. Horrible experience. Wish I could give zero stars.
