Newport Farms is the best!! Really...they have been our distribution, delivery & packing facility for several years now and we couldn't be more pleased with their service, staff and just complete professionalism!! We manage huge fundraising programs for our local So Cal schools (big & small) and I cannot tell you how many times Joel & his wonderful Team at Newport Farms have gone above & beyond for us!!! The drivers are wonderful! Friendly, relaxed, hard working and most important to me...flexible! They make deliveries flawlessly. I am talking about HUNDREDS of deliveries for us. ALWAYS on time...and let's emphasize how important it is to have our type of delivery ON TIME when working with schools and volunteer parents, schedules and parents!! I would trust Newport Farms to deliver my child at this point!! ;) Now about their other services offered...yes! There is more!! They do all of our order processing for tens of thousands of student orders with rarely a mistake!! I mean...I can't input 10 pages without hiccups, but these incredible people can spit out a 50k, 300 student participation school order with maybe 2-3 errors and to be honest, those almost always turn out to be an order form issue!! I just wanted to share with you all how thrilled we are to have such amazing partners in Newport Farms and in particular Joel Harstad (hope I spelled that right!!). We have expanded to other states and wish we could clone them because it's just not the same running business without these guys!! Trust them..they will go above & beyond EVERY TIME!! :)
My experience is that of an outside carrier making a delivery. Easy to get in and out of, nice and courteous people running the dock, and unloading is quick and easy.
