I recently purchased a Jeep Gladiator Mojave through this dealership. Having done my research prior to arriving. I knew exactly what I wanted. All staff were courteous and respectful. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but they quickly found one to my liking and had it delivered in. I had some concerns with the pricing after the purchase, but multiple staff, including my salesman Kevin, responded quickly and above standard. After further research, I did indeed receive a good deal and am very pleased with my purchase. A true test of a business is how they handle customer service issues after a sale. From experience, I can tell you this dealership performed outstanding and went far beyond my expectations. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

I was so happy to trade my car in for a new Jeep Compass. But, now I think I should have gone to another dealership. The finance department has still not paid off my trade in after 39 days and it is affecting my credit. They won't return calls or emails. They also gave me such a hard time trying to get a copy of my contract and when I finally did, the price seemed higher than expected
