My husband and I just bought a fixer upper near Sutherlands. At first we were going to Lowe’s and their customer service was horrible, so I decided to check out Sutherlands. When I first went in I needed to buy paint for my house, the lady that helped me, I think Sharron was her name, she was wonderful and knowledgeable . I went out with everything I needed to paint the whole house. She deserves 5 stars!! That is the only nice thing I have to say about Sutherlands. I am 53 years old and had to load my own lumber for a wooden fence and it was a lot of wood. Tried to get help and the employees would just turn the other way. It happened when I bought my windows as well, thankfully Sharron from paint walked by and helped me. Today was the last time I ever go into that store other than to get my paint!

Sutherland is a local business so if they have what I need im there, but there's a lady that works paint department n is very knowledgeable m helpful she will keep me coming back deserves a raise

I couldn't find anyone on the floor to help me. I approached the desk and was ignored. I asked the cashier where something was and she took a guess. I finally paid for the items I was already able to find. I left to go spend most of my money at a competitor
