I rented one their cabins because we had a project to do in the pickwick area. I had a hard time getting the cabin booked in the first place with playing phone tag back and forth. The cabin was clean when we arrived which was good. However, the water had been shut off at the street and we had to wait for the city to come turn the water back on before we could get showers as we had been working in the heat of the summer. On check out day we went back to work to finish the project and when we returned to shower and check out at 10:15 the cleaning people were already there and said we were not permitted to take shower.
