Unprofessional, need more training on conduct, assessment and diffusing a crisis rather than adding to it! I no longer trust this department to serve and protect me or my family. All officers lied to lure us to the department by stating they wanted us as victims to write a statement. Once we arrived at the station we were then falsely charged, held without being told what for in a room with with no working ac, this is no way to police positively, ethically, and of a sound mind! Disappointed. The level of force was unnecessary as well. Completely disgusted with law enforcement here at County club hills.

Be careful. I have personally experienced a few encounters of unlawful misuses of authority by the Country Club Hills police force. One time I was arrested for standing on my own personal property. The officer told me to come to him (luring me off my private property). He then arrested me. He also arrested a teenager who was actively riding his bike through the neighborhood for the same alleged offense (loitering). I was later released an the officers apologized stating they did not know they had a \good kid.\ Another time I was pulled over for playing loud music. Mind you these were just the stock speakers that came with the Nissan. My license, registration, and insurance checked out to be fine. The officers then requested to search the car. The officer then threatened that the car would be impounded if I did not consent to the search. The officers had no reason to believe that there was contraband in the car because of my loud music. In the face of the threat of a costly impoundment, I allowed them to search my car. They also searched everyone in the car, which included my brothers and my friend. Since we don't engage in illegal activities, they found no contraband and had no reasonable suspicion that contraband was in the car. Neither, did they have probable cause. It is interesting how they believed my loud music, clean credentials (ID, registration, and insurance) warranted a subsequent search of the car. I was released with no ticket or citation for this stop. Based on these experiences, I don't trust that this department has the ability to properly police the youth or anyone else. They will violate your rights, if allowed.

Seems like this police department needs new management and increased liability insurance. I hope the future lawsuits brought on by your police force, bankrupts your police force.......
