My Dad spent 3 1/2 weeks at Careage in rehab after being in the hospital. This was his second stay in the past 13 months. It's been a place that offered a sense of safety and security, and I was able to get a hold of someone to answer a question in a reasonable amount of time. Transportation to dialysis (and other important appointments) was handled seamlessly, and I'm very appreciative of that. The only way they fell short was when it came to communication with doctors/assisted living facilities/etc on very important matters. I highly recommend Careage as a rehab facility.

Our 95 year-old family member spent the last two weeks of his life at Careage under Hospice support. The Careage staff was so professional, caring and just plain genuine and wonderful. Even though he was mostly unconscious, he was treated with such consideration, like a person they knew. With us and all our other visitors the staff were also warm and caring. The entire staff made what was an end of life situation a positive and compassionate experience. We are so grateful for everyone on the Careage staff. What a wonderful group of people.

Great place, great people both residents and staff. It is not just a nursing home for rehab but a HOME HOME for many. You will love it here!

Where family members go to die\. Never heard anything good about this facility, and have gotten people from here released into my facility, never in good shape. The family openly insults anyone who disagrees with them and seems to be proud to do so

I made the horribly wrong decision to put my grandma in careage for physical therapy sho that she could come home. A day later I get a call from their physical therapist that my grandma's heart rate was deathly low so we called 911 and raced to careage. Once there a nurse berated me about how i had no right to call 911 and that the EMTs were sent away because she was \just fine.\ We took my grandma to the hospital right after that where she was put on hospice and died a few days later. They are negligent and despicable people there. I hope that nurse gets the same treatment when she's on her death bed that she gave to my grandma....
