The service department is locking service supervisor/manager whom know how to handle basic service issues. The service manager seems to always used poor judgment. Never seems interested to help loyal Mitsubishi customers. I send email requesting service on my Outlander I purchase from them. Last year 2020. But get no response. When I turn up inquiring about the email it’s like I’m from out of space. When I explain my concern with the vehicle. I was told by the manager no one could look on my vehicle for another 6 six days. So I should leave the vehicle from Saturday this is & they will try to look on it Thursday. I couldn’t because that my only vehicle & he isn’t given me a loaner vehicle. I travel all the way to Duluth Subaru/Mitsubishi and they take of the problem right away even offer to give me a loaner car, if it warranted. That’s the way to go Duluth Subaru/Mitsubishi . I will forever recommend your company. Need to teach Conyers Mitsubishi how to treat customers.

So far so good. The car drives so well that it is difficult to say if it is the service or the manufacturing. The staff (Chris) is so professional, courteous, and willing to help. It is a pleasant experience to visit and work with Courtesy Mitsubishi.
The restroom was very clean and I appreciate that. The lady at the front desk was very polite. I had a wonderful experience.
My experience was great. Customer service was amazing. Car was done in a timely manner. Will be returning.
There weren't any follow up after the purchase of the vehicle. The caring and concern was only with the sale.
