If you value your privacy don’t bother going in. Went in for a procedure today after using CWHS for years. When my dr was called away one of the mid wives agreed to work me in. I was stuck in a corner while they worked me in, only to hear the midwife who would be performing the procedure gossiping about me at the nurse’s station. They don’t have to worry about me being a bother to them ever again!

I called three weeks ago to schedule an appt with an OBGYN at the office. The front office staff did not inform me that I was able to bring my support person to only two visits. So I called the day of my appt to verify some things and they inform me of this the day of. I asked to speak with the office manager and she had no care of my concerns with the lack of communication. This was a blessing in disguise to be honest. I know we are in the midst of a pandemic but expectations are to communicated. Even if they change daily or weekly. This office manager was looking for sympathy instead of offering a simple I’m sorry that this was not communicated to you and I’ll take this information into consideration. She said “ok” to what I brought up. And when I said that’s unacceptable she said you’re taking my “ok” out of context. Women saves yourselves from this office and find staff who care. Even with these small concerns. She said what we are going to do is go ahead and cancel your appt. Instead of taking time to take constructive criticism about how they are operating. She did not introduce herself when she got on the phone. She just said “hello.” I think management sets the tone for the staff. Find a place that cares! It is important! Our lives are on the line when it comes to childbirth. Don’t let offices like this brush you off and not take your concerns seriously. This lets me know that I won’t have support from the office when I don’t have my support person with me. Definitely not a place that I would want to be in.

Absolutely terrible! STAY AWAY! My wife is an established patient with them and called to get an earlier first pregnancy appointment because she was having cramping and was worried about the baby. She was told she was no longer allowed to come to the office and her appointment was canceled because cramping was a sign of COVID-19. My wife, being in her first trimester with her first pregnancy is already scared and if you can’t trust your doctor with the truth about what’s going on with your body then who can you? Needless to say we will not be going back there because not only did you Not consider my wife but you did not consider my child either which is unacceptable and heartless. For someone who claims they have a doctorate degree you should know that cramping in pregnancy is not only common but dangerous so how dare you

Am not totally impressed with the poor customer service I received from Kim ,she sounded not inthe mood on the phone ,she didn't greet or say her name inthe beginning of the phone as per the standard,she directly asked me what I wanted which wasn't good till I had to ask her name at the end of the phone call .

The entire experience was great from the receptionist to the Doctors. Everyone was professional, and made feel like My health and feelings were important to them. Best group of professionals!!! May God Bless all of them.
