I'm pretty sure they lied about trying to deliver my package and then said, per my request, it's being held at the post office. That is false. That's not my request and they know because they've complied with my REAL request.
People who work there are horrible
Small and horribly outdated. Who doesn't accept credit cards in this day and age???
I tried to buy some Christmas stamps today for my 90 year old dad. I live out of town and was just was visiting for the day. I got to the post office at 11:59 to find the door locked. I knew the post office would close at noon but I was hoping to get in line before then and would have if the door was not locked. The clerk said it would be noon by the time the she finished with the person at the counter. DISAPPOINTED and UNHAPPY with the service. If you close at noon don't lock the door until then! Bah Humbug!
I cannot believe how many things I've had messed up in that place!!! It's unbelievably disappointing. This is the only post office that I've consistently had things either not arrive at all or have arrived 3,4,5 weeks late!! Needless to say, I won't be going back there. This place either needs to get their shittt together or close up shop! And they are NOT a USPS facility, they are basically a satellite, so..... if something gets messed up, there's NOTHING you can do about it!! They ended up costing me a good bit of money, having to refund people's purchases along with shipping costs. And they can't even muster an apology without a whole pile of attitude with it. The lady actually said, "I guess I made a mistake but they're not going to do anything about it. There are other post offices that you could go to instead". Real nice.
Very Disappointed in their Customer Service - Either be THANKFUL or find another JOB -
My favorite post office in town! The postmaster is friendly and goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. There is rarely a wait. Just remember, its cash or check!
