Stay far far away from this repair shop. I brought in my Christian Louboutin's to simply get the leather foot beds re-glued and he said no problem. I picked them up, and there was glue residue on the foot beds and I asked for him to clean it. He removed the residue and he actually now damaged the leather by ripping and tearing. Please see my before and after pictures. Truly unbelievable and he showed no remorse what-so-ever.

I brought in some beloved, old boots that I've walked untold miles in over many years in Brooklyn. I worried they were beyond repair. The owner's work made them look brand new. The best shoe repair place I've ever encountered!
I dropped my shoes to get fixed last week. The owner put new soles and heels. His work was excellent and the price was also reasonable. He was so kind as well.
I had an opportunity to visit Jerry’s shoe repair and my experience was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. His pricing is extremely reasonable.
I dropped 4 pair of shoes including long boots last week. He did excellent job than I have expected when I picked them up. It was no doubt that his hand skill was so elaborate because I have overheard he used to be a jewelry designer in Manhattan before he took over the shoe repair business.
