This bank is horrible, definitely going to close account soon. Branch had members waiting outside in the cold only to say only drive thru is open. This bank does not care about it's members. There's always limited staff and service available. This is even before COVID-19.

I have been a credit union member for over 30 years. It was my first bank account. But as of late I am going to have to change my accounts to another bank. This year alone I have had to close my account and open another due to fraud of my checking account; I had my payroll check deposited into someone else's account and now today I find that another one of my deposits was put into my savings account and should have gone into checking. I don't know what changed but the service has gone totally downhill. It is very sad because I know some of the girls for a long time, since Bensenville. I don't know who is in charge but there needs to be some changes. You really need to work on your accuracy.
