Awesome company!!!! \u003cI needed to edit this because this company is absolutely remarkable\u003e I had a bad day and it was entirely my fault. However, Well-Built did not stop helping me through my work issues. I got to their facility 3 hours later than I wanted to. I misplaced the correct ball for me to tow the boom, I thought they were going to sell me one, NO!! They said no problem we will LOAN you one of ours. I got the boom lift to the work site and had difficulty getting it leveled, they got a tech on the line immediately to help. When I finally got it set up, it was time for me to bring it back. I called and told them I had not worked on anything, they said o problem bring it back tomorrow\. When I brought it back I was asked how did everything go, I explained the problems then Well-Built offered to bring a bigger lift out. I declined because we got the work finished for what we needed with TZ-50 lift. This company will ALWAYS get my business because they absolutely earned my business. THIS IS BEYOND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THANK YOU WELL-BUILT!!

Great place for equipment. Looking to try out a tracked lift for my tree business. Wellbuilt has a good selection and Dan has always been helpful and responsive. We had a lift planned for this week and they delivered. On the first day we had some issues with the machine. Dan was onsite first thing in the AM the next day to pick it up. They had it figured out and back on our job site by lunch. Really appreciate him taking care of us as we close out the year!
Great company! I’m from Michigan and I called them this morning and asked them about a problem I was having. They went WAY out of their way to squeeze me in and completed the work same day. Great company. Remember to ask for safety Harness when renting lifts. Not automatically provided it seems.
Very knowledgeable ariel lift techs. Wouldnt bring my lift anywhere else for repairs.
