Scheduled an appointment with me the day prior to the appointment and assured me I didn’t need to remind him in the morning (based on our conversation I felt I should offer because he didn’t seem incredibly focused). When 0900 rolled around and I still hadn’t heard from him I texted (our appointment was scheduled between 0900-1000). 0945 and still no response so I called. He didn’t answer, didn’t show up, didn’t respond to let me know he wasn’t making it and completely blew me off. I scheduled time off work to meet with this guy to get a quote for repairs so I could get my home ready to rent out and he completely wasted my time and didn’t even so much as apologize. I’d give zero stars but it’s not an option. Flake.
