I'd give them negative stars if I could. We were told 2 to 3 weeks to get a new battery in for our electric lift. It ended up being 2 months and when it arrived it was the wrong battery. Then there was a brake problem. No one bothered to call and let us know when the parts would be in. I called twice to get that information. I was told they were in and a Tech would be out the next day to install. The next day we were notified the parts were not in and it would be a couple of more days before they would be. I'm searching for another company to service our equipment.
