Before I make out this review I want to say that the woman who picked up the phone was exceptional. I expalined to her what I needed and she directed me in the right direction. The service Technicial however was absolutely horrible (Mohamed) the voice was muffled and he did not sound like a person who wants your business. I started by explaining to him my situation and he cut me off 3 times to finally say " I dont care what heppened, what do you want?" wow! I work in customer service and I would never treat someone this way it was absolutely horrible.
