I needed some new racking for my awkwardly laid out workshop (not my choice) and Crown sent one of their warehouse people to check out my setup. She showed me how I can make the space waaay more useable again with a smarter layout and more versatile racking. I even salvaged some of the racks I currently have to store parts with lower turnover. Thanks Eleanor!

Had an electric jack (used Crown unit, haven't had very long) looked at late last year, tech couldn't figure out problem (charged), they came back again (more charges) determined a circuit board was needed. Instead of throwing more money at the unit, we decided to buy 2 new electric jacks. Within a couple of months, both new units were throwing up codes and failing at times; plus a couple of bolts shook loose. Tech came out (we assumed they were under warranty) and couldn't duplicate the problem, although he said there were previous codes in the system...not covered under warranty - 300...a few weeks later more codes, both units won't go forward. Called for advice, they said to have them looked at, but it would cost us. Offered to bring them to Crown, to save on fuel charge. After they sat there for a few days, they were looked at, and they said the units were working fine... Meanwhile, we have been reaching out to Crown to get some relief with the past invoices , but they would never get back with us and we would have to call or email again and again... I talked to the shop and they asked if the jacks were kept in refrigeration, and I said no, only to go in and out of trucks and the freezer - they are not stored in the freezer. Then the person on the line said the throttle electrical contacts probably dried out during the time at their shop, and suggested we invest in ECM's for each, at a cost of 650 per unit to be able to handle the condensation…just got a bill for them to look at those 2 units 893.06 for them to say nothing is wrong, but we need to upgrade the ECMs??? To sum it up, Crown has: \u003eInferior product \u003eNo real warranty that they will honor \u003ePoor communication \u003eUnqualified service techs \u003eExpensive services
I came here sometimes because our Company Order parts and do business with them so today i came here to pickup a part i was very disappointed from the behavior of their staff they have a very poor customer service specially the old dude don’t know his which sets in-front i was standing their couple of minutes he didn’t help when i asked him so he refused me right away said he is busy on the phone also they put sign in the door that all customers must wear a mask but most of their staff don’t follow the rule i hope that Crown management read my review and fix the issues
Great service from the repairmen that came to my business. Had an issue with the billing but they really took care of us. Rick Janes is absolutely wonderful to work with. He is sensible, fair and just a joy to talk to. I'd call him just to chat if I were having a bad day. Should any further repair be needed in the future we'll definitely be sticking with Crown. Thank you for really saving the day!
Had an open invoice for 4 months. Will not return call from manager. Work was done poorly and had to hire another company to complete the work. DON'T USE THEM!!!
