Had a great time with John!! We looked for birds and dolphins and I got the extra opportunity to take a jet ski ride while at the bird island... soooo fun!! Something different and relaxing while vacationing. Highly recommend!!

This was the prefect bachelorette trip activity! We had a larger group of 9 girls-- so we had to put 6 on one tiki and 3 on another due to capacity requirements. Captains Doug and John were the BEST! They made sure we stayed together as one big group, regardless of being on two tikis! It was just a short, smooth sail to the island and then we anchored together and enjoyed the shallow water! Doug and John ensured that we were all safe, put out our floats, threw us drinks when we needed it, provided us with a cold cooler, water, and so much more! They did everything, so all we needed to do was show up and have fun! And we did! Everything went seamless. Highly recommend!

We had a really great time on the 3 hour bird island cruise. Captain Doug was nice and we were lucky to have 2 other couples that we got along swimmingly with. Captain Doug was very nice and gave great service. He offered to grab us drinks so we wouldn't have to get off and on the tiki boat. The only complaint I have is that the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was rude. No ubers were available and we were going to be late. Our cruise started at 1:30 and it does say to be there 15 minutes before. I understand that was our fault but things happen and we weren't the only couple that was late. I called at 1:12 letting them know we were probably going to be 10 minutes late. His sarcastic reply was "10 minutes late from the 15 minutes early you were supposed to be here at, or 10 minutes late from the start of your cruise." Well, let's see, if I was talking about 10 minutes from the 15 minutes early that would be now, so obviously he knew what I meant. Part of great customer service is being respectful to your customers, even in sticky situations. That definitely turned us off. Other than that we had a blast on our cruise and really enjoyed the company.

Chris was an awesome captain!! Super chill and fun!!! Sunset was beautiful and we got to see dolphins!! Definitely a rebook.
