The owner, Mike, was very friendly and thorough in explaining the obstacle course. Very comfortable and friendly environment that is perfect for the family or even just individuals and couples! Definitely recommend you give it a try! A unique gym setting that we will certainly be returning to!

Positively awesome experience and one of the best workouts I have ever had! I legit felt like I was on the show American Ninja Warrior while completing the similarly-themed obstacle course. This place even has the salmon ladder! Bonus? The owner is just about the nicest guy I have ever met. 5/5 stars will be back for sure!
Had SO much fun today!! This place makes you feel like a superstar while completing the obstacle courses. The workout was not only amazing, but I ended up using muscles I didn’t even know I had. Now I understand why those guys and gals on American Ninja Warrior are in such fantastic shape! 5 stars for sure!!
This place is great! My kids love it and are always asking to go. Mike, the owner, is always on site and is super nice as well, which is an added bonus. The whole family looks forward to coming here for years to come!
I brought both of my kids here ages 6 and 12 and they had a blast!!! The management was super kid friendly and made sure that we were aware of the course rules and safety first! Highly recommended! Save family oriented fun!!
