Walked in to order 4 arrangements and chocolates for my wife and others, I was never was greeted from the time I walked in the store and walked past several employees behind the counter. Someone did finally step down from counter to ask if they could help me and she answered a few questions for me then directed me to their counter where I was told someone would help me. I walked up to the counter to place my order only a few feet in front of a man and woman talking in front of a computer and I waited patiently for over a minute to be helped, no acknowledgement, so I walked out the door and spent a little over 200.00 with another local florist. I was the only customer in the store at time. This place will not last long with customer service like this. The other florist was happy to greet and help me with all that I needed just gained a new customer whenever I need flowers.

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday in October on their website. My sister sent me a photo of the arrangement that was delivered and it was spectacular. My sister is still talking about it and saying that it was the most extraordinary floral arrangement that she has ever received. I've always ordered her flowers from Randy's and the new owners have surpassed the lovely arrangements I've sent her in the past.

ECFG created the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres for our wedding. Steve and his team were so professional and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. Their floral arrangements were gorgeous (and they even managed to include artichokes in my bridal bouquet, per my quirky request :) ). Highly recommend!

Steve consistently went above and beyond, from keeping my husband engaged during the planning process, to putting together my decor at the venue on my wedding day, and staying until the end of the evening to ensure everything met and exceeded my expectations.
