I purchased a used front load washer and dryer from Dougs Used Appliance. It was my first time doing business with this company. The owner, Doug gave us a fair price for both of the 2 used replacement machines. After hooking up the replacement washer we discovered that it was vibrating excessively during the spin cycle. Doug suggested that it could be the springs that might need to be replaced. He ordered the new springs and came back out to change them out within a few days. Unfortunately the springs could not stop the vibrating. Doug offered to take back both of the used machines and return our money in full or if we were interested he could keep his eye out for another pair. I agreed to wait and see if he could locate a replacement pair. Within 2 weeks Doug contacted me to let me know he had a newer pair of LG front loaders. We agreed to take the 2 newer machines. He delivered the replacements and swapped out the originals. Doug gave us his word that he would take care of us one way or another and HE DID. Doug did a GREAT job. He is honest, fair and a man of his word! Thank you Doug for all that you did for us.

This is a family business that provides 1st class personalized service. Can't say enough good things about them. They bend over backwards to provide excellent service. Love their old timey washers and poster on display. \I used to dread wash day now I treat it with joy\ LOL
Highly recommend Doug's Appliance Repair. They came out the next day after I called right before Christmas for a broken oven. Alex was extremely professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He fixed our oven quickly. Pricing was very fair. We will definitely call Doug's Appliance for our needs in the future!
I called Doug out to my house to install the dishwasher that I had lots of trouble doing myself. He also was able to fix an issue with my dryer and washer all at the same time, didn't charge me too much either. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. I've also purchased a used stove from him about 2 years ago and it's still working fine.
Doug has been nothing but nice and professional. Was able to help us out on our oven door! I love small businesses. Keep it up Doug!
