They love the small print in the contract. Before buying there - read below. This salon sent me a lottery booklet with 3 tickets for Black Friday. One of the tickets was a 1000 win. We came to receive a prize. They said that these tickets not real, just \samples\, and the real lottery was only in the salon. In total, instead of 1000, they gave a card for 25 to the restaurant. And said that you should carefully read the small print hidden on another page of the lottery booklet. I think they possibly do the same during selling cars and services.

Automobile fixed although took 3 trips altogether. Dealership clean and the service people friendly. The only issue I have in rating average is that from my perception, is that service personnel are less knowledgeable . This is since the new ownership. Not sure why. Seems the customer needs to be very aware. first occasion was getting a tire fixed. bought a set of tires in May. brought tire back to get fixed in approx August.Advised the tire couldn't be repaired and I would need a new tire. Service advised it didn't qualify for extended warranty which I knew. But since i bought the tires there and had road hazard, I figured it would be replaced and I would pay the prorated price. Service had to call and make sure of the road hazard coverage? Other than these latest incidents, I would give them a 4 or 5.

I was able to come in, test drive the car that I wanted without any pressure to buy! They negotiated the trade in value for my car to get me to the car payment I wanted. Hassle free finance process! Ended up walking out with a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe Limited with the finance and payment terms I wanted in 2 hours. My salesman Aaron Jackson made sure I understood everything along the way and answered all questions. Overall GREAT experience. Would recommend Hyundai of Cummings to anyone!
