They emailed me the estimate then didn’t say a word. I emailed them at least three times in three days to ask when someone can come pick up the deposit check and we will sign the contract at the same time because I will not mail out my thousand dollars of check via mail. They said that they are busy, no one can come . Finally I spoke to a sale rep about signing contract first with my signature and their signature on the contract before I give them deposit money, he said I need to sign first then we will sign then will send money later then he hung up ! So rude and unprofessional! The contract with only my signature would not be legal when we go to the court, that’s why I need both sign the contract before I give them my deposit. This company doesn’t want to do business. They said they are too busy to sign the contract or come pick up the check! I definitely don’t recommend someone who do not respect customers! Stay away if you want a professional business! Update for review from owner: sorry I didn’t know that picking up check is not something within your policy! What turned me off is you don’t want to come for a contract ! Or at least you don’t have e-sign contract . How do I send a check without a contract? How is a contract legal with just one party signature? Please re-evaluate your process and value before you blame on your customers! Thanks for your response ! Can’t believe that a company doesn’t have time for a contract but have time for online blaming thing!

They were very professional, they had 2 week wait time but they called right when they said they will. Showed up on time, work done is perfect. My backyard looks beautiful with the iron fence installed. They even suggested way to avoid cost for curve panel and installed straight panels in curve shape which looks just as good. Estimates were accurate and they waited patiently for me to come make payment. Over all I highly recommend them. Very happy with my how my backyard looks with the new fence.
