I had my water heater in attic start leaking on a Friday afternoon. I called a few a companies and the ones that answered said they couldn't come out until late the following week. I contacted this company, Chanel answered and said she would have Juan the tech call me back to get details. He called me back within 5 mins. Juan came out early the next day and installed a new water heater. Joe the Plumber has earned a new customer with their quick response and service. I will also recommend to friends and family. THANKS!!

An email inquiry I posted was never responded to so I phoned. Everyone I spoke to by phone was great! They had friendly, calm manners and clear speech. Fast service response time was awesome! The service expert, Jeremy was affable and knowledgeable. While the leak was stopped for the faucet outside, there is quite a gap between the exposed pipe and wall. It makes the repair kind of look insecure and unfinished. In addressing the water from the lawn, the leak was found and the water turned off, with the grass left in a kind of disorderly state. Still, appreciation for the main issue being fixed!
I have used Joe the Plumber for years. I love their work. I think the plumbers they hire our top notch in their field and are so friendly and professional. I have worked with several of their plumbers, but Jimy Reyes I have found to be so thorough in his work and expertise. I like how he seems to go the extra mile to explain things and the make sure I have an understanding of what is going on with repairs on installations. So I always ask for him when it comes to work that needs to be completed in my home. I recommend Joe the Plumber for anyone looking for a plumber. Like I said, I’ve used them for years and never have had a bad experience.
We've used this company before any the services were great, but this last technician that came wasn't professional. He shot down everything that I said, even though the former tech from this company told us what needed to be done. He used my master bathroom and didn't flush it, and turned the water off to some of our appliances inside (washing machine, etc) but failed to turn them back on. Again, the previous person was wonderful, so it's a toss up if you'll get someone really good or someone not so nice.
Jimmy and his apprentice did a through and quick job of locating the leaks and repairing them. If you get Jimmy and his crew on your job thank your lucky️ stars. Also thanks to the wonderful and understanding women in the office whom made my job a priority. Much thanks and God Bless Carol and Tony Derouen
