My experience so far...I called company this morning to run diagnostics on my HP computor. Lisa was responsive and scheduled a drop off same day. Upon arriving around noon, I rang bell and Steve quickly met me at the door. Just spoke with Lisa for an update, she confirmed the hard drive past diagnostics, however may have corrupt file, will know more in am. Will update rating later. Day 2...Spoke with Lisa this morning for an update. Steve reached out to get information, then called shortly thereafter letting me know my computor is up and running; able to schedule pickup tomorrow. It has been a good experience, keeping 5 star rating as is. Will give final thoughts tomorrow once I pickup and test my computor. Day 3...I picked up my computor and all seems good. Steve and Lisa assured me, if I had any concerns, please let them know and we could remote in. I recommend this company . Thank you Steve and Lisa!!

This is the best hard and software support company we have every had the pleasure of working with. We have had 3 lap tops there for dropped oops!, upgrades, and attack of nasty software - they dealt with everything and had us up and running in short time for a reasonable price. In short, a great resource we will not hesitate to recommend.
I have purchased several PC's, scanners and printers from D Miller Associates over the past 2 years and have found their responsiveness, service and recommendations for equipment to be excellent.
Didn't fix the problem yet charged me for it. If you have a hardware problem with your computer this is not the place to go to.
Brought laptop computer in for replacement charging cord, the end was damaged. Was told it also needed a new charging port, ? Ok. Agreed to those repairs. When got laptop back battery not holding a charge at all. When I took it in it was charging for 4 hours or so before needing to be charged again. Also preferences changed. When I called to discuss it she said they drained the battery to see if it was working and kept talking over me when I would try to say something. Obviously it wasnt working because it needed to be charged. It is an 18 mos. old computer but she tried to tell me the compurer was 3 to 4 years old, which she knew wasnt true as we had previously discussed it and she said it had all kinds of problems. She had said in a previous conversation they tweaked this and that and "cleaned it up" which I did not ask for or agree to. When I took it in it was working great and now its not at all. I kept trying to discuss the battery issue and she just kept giving me the run around, changing the subject to avoid responsibility. I like to support small bussinesses but in this case I wish I went to Geek squad.
I asked if they could check to see if my laptop could take more ram and, if so, please install more ram. The woman talked so much about what "might" be wrong and on and on....... the more she talked the more worried I got. I walked out and took my computer with me. All I wanted was a ram upgrade (if possible).
