Doug's technical expertise exponentially increased my computer's processing speed, which helped me better Zoom with all my students during the quarantine. He did this with record turn around time and minimal costs in addition to no contact pick up and drop off service to my residence. My students were extremely happy to eliminate the wait time between windows opening during lessons and I was amazed at the quality of service and costs. (He came highly recommended from my dentist, after he updated all the office systems in her practice.)
