I have been a loyal customer with 3 forklift purchases over the last 2 years. Most recently, I purchased a forklift that was shipped to my warehouse in Chicago. I bought it and was told by the owner, Rick that it was shipped on a Thursday and would be there on Monday which was when it was needed to unload a full container. Monday morning came around and no forklift and I inquired why it wasn’t there and didn’t receive a response until Wednesday only to find out the lift was never shipped. I finally got a hold of Rick and he informed me there was a miscommunication and that he would ship it ASAP and agreed to pay the rental fee for the forklift I had to rent. The forklift finally showed up a week and a half after it was supposed to. I then sent the rental invoice for Rick to pay as agreed upon and he has been unresponsive and hasn’t paid the invoice that he promised to. Will not be buying equipment again and won’t recommend them to anyone.

I was need of a forklift for my delivery. They were able to do same day delivery and the forklift did what it was suppose to. I bought a forklift a few months ago from another company and it was a bad experience and I didn't want to buy again. The owner, Rick I believe his name was, was incredibly helpful and got me a machine that actually fit what I needed and didn't just sell me the most expensive thing he had. Highly HIGHLY recommend 4K Lift!!!! G.S.
Been buying from rick for about 4 years now. There were a time or two where we needed a part here and there and he delivered quickly and didn't have to pay for it. They have a mechanic named Michael that comes out and does Pm on our machines and he's awesome
Shipped me a forklift. It was leaking when they unloaded it. They have refused to help in fixing the forklift. Forklift undercarriage was never cleaned the engine area had an old spray bottle stuck in it. So apparently never even looked in the engine compartment. Totally dissatisfied with this company.
