We've been using Air Patrol for maintenance for system since they installed it two years. You will not find a more professional and honest AC/Heating company in the metroplex. Josiah came out today to do the maintenance on the heater and he was awesome. He checked the entire system and then told me everything he found. Truly, if you need maintenance, repair or a new system, look no further. Air Patrol will take care of all your needs.

Update: my third AC coil decided to kick out this year (not one I previously replaced) and I called back Shawn and his crew to help get out and fix the coil. Francisco, Yorman, and Ramon, came back to my house and did a fantastic job replacing the coil and and in the process making my older system more efficient by reorganizing the duct work. Can’t keep raving enough about this company. These guys are honest and fair and they go the extra mile to create lifetime customers. Original Review: Shawn and the team at Air Patrol did an amazing job installing 2 new 2 ton systems. Shawn is an honest guy in a shady business. I had quotes from 10 different AC companies and picked Air Patrol because of their value and the fact that Shawn took the extra time to walk me through how my current system can be improved through a better install and repiping. His team went above and beyond during the 2 day install and even cleaned up some other wiring in my attic. Highly recommend this company!
Josiah provided excellent service in doing the annual maintenance of our system. He used Covid-19 procedures and gave us a thorough analysis of our system.
I continue to be amazed at the consistently great service from Air Patrol. The owner is great and they did a great 2unit install years ago. We continue to have them service our systems because we trust them in all they do. I was reminded about that today as Josiah came out and did a great job to review the system and explain what he did. Thanks for the high integrity you show in your work.
Josiah and Roman came by today to check our heating system as winter in Texas is approaching and we want to make sure everything is up to par. They were not only on time and called ahead but they were professional, fast and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
