FIVE STARS!! This place is awesome. went to pick up a dryer and it was heavily damaged and the pics did not show this. However, they made it right with an upgraded model at the same price. Great customer service! Highly recommend and there should be more places that take the customer seriously and treat them right like this business! They will have my future business and recommendations!

Connie, Brian and all the staff were extremely helpful. From the moment we walked in to when we loaded up and drove away. Connie is extremely knowledgeable in her craft. We told her what we wanted and she went and searched the back and pulled a rabbit out of her hat. Great great great staff and overall great experience for.

I bought the refrigerator from. This location sears outlet in Dallas now it’s a big paper weight 2500.00 worth. We even bought 5 year plan for this piece of junk. It supposed to be top of line LG with instant view. The door in door was broken upon delivery never latched basically we could open door behind glass door in the front. I am glad we did not get rid of our old refrigerator otherwise we will be screwed. In order to get anything cold we have to go to garage and get it off of our old refrigerator. We have contacted store sale, store assistant manager after explaining to them what we have twice in 2 different ovations with photos and video, we have been promised to fix the problem or they are going to replace it with new one. This has been for 2 weeks no actions was taken. If this is how they take care of their customers? I would never shop there again. Only reason I gave them one star is because of the sale person. I will give sears until Tuesday to take care of the promises they made. If that fails I will post every thing on social media to let public know never to shop in this location.
