We’ve been trying to get my son in for 6 months and every time I call they call back 3-4 business days later. Not same day like it’s claimed. It’s been a fight just to get his referral right. No matter what’s sent they always ask for more. Or it was sent in the wrong form. My son is needing help and it doesn’t seem like they really care. It sucks.

Can’t say much for the quality of the providers as I have been calling since December with no answer or call back. It’s really sad that children cannot get the help they need because people can’t answer the phone

Won’t answer my phone calls, won’t answer my son’s pediatrician’s phone calls. Keeps denying my sons application and having me wait months just to make an appointment. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
