If I could give no stars I would! I purchased a reptile and was shipped on time by the shipper and Delta lost my package (VENOMOUS SNAKE)!! How do you lose a package that’s so risky to other people!! I never recommend anyone using delta for animals, this was my first and definitely my last time using delta! Customer service is very rude! I need to speak to corporate about these issues!

Delta Airlines took great care of us by providing allergen-free snacks during our flights to and from Love Field Airport in Dallas, Texas. Thank you for your consideration! (Just contact Delta in advance and notify them of your dietary restrictions. They have several meal and snack options listed online.)
I couldn't find a place to give feedback for delta on love field flights.... But they are awful. Do not fly them. Southwest is great. American is nice. Delta is Atlanta and they don't care about Dallas. Do not fly them. At love field they have limited gates and will leave you in the plane for an hour wondering why you didn't pay am extra 10 and fly Southwest.
Delta is the worst customer service place If you are sending or picking up at delta cargo Please don’t do it You will waste ur time .
