Bought a used refrigerator for the garage because our main fridge went out. We bought an older model. It was delivered the next day but we found roaches crawling out of it. They picked up the fridge the next day and issued a refund but now we have seen a couple of roaches in the garage and a couple inside the house almost a week later. I'm hoping we don't have a problem with roaches now. They handled the situation professionally but its still disgusting.

Counter lady was very nice and helpful.Delivery guy on other hand took old fridge from rental I was going to have repaired by them.I had talked to counter lady and she was aware of it.We were going to schedule a comeback date since rental is occupied,delivery guy forgot the bottom bins.I waited for a call from them hoping for an apology or at least to give me a quote for repairing the fridge they took but so far nothing.

They have this guy named Waid come out to your location for repairs and he just took my money!! He said he would call me back because he couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my fridge. He said he needed to research and never heard from him since!!! Do not trust him!!
