Took a reefer there for a PM and to fix a leaking discharge line. 1800 later, trailer out of the shop a couple days after. One week later, the same leak comes back. Of course this time it's a \different issue\ but promised the trailer would be ready by end of the day. Needless to say I missed my loads because they didn't get it ready until the following week. Was told I'd be looking at 1000 repair bill. 2200 later I get my trailer back. Less than one week now and it's the same issue. Won't be going back to these crooks again and I advise anyone trying to survive to stay away. I could have replaced the whole reefer unit with a used unit for less than I've been charged by them to fix a leak.

I have found that the new owner has pulled all stops to make this repair facility the go to place in southeast Dallas! I appreciate their hard work and honesty! My last issue was an AC issue and they isolated the issue in my panel plug that we rewired.

Took my truck there for a derate issue. Truck stayed there for a week for them to tell me they couldn't fix it I had to tow it to kenworth. STRAIGHT GARBAGE
Brought truck in with multiple issues. Main issue being a derate problem with engine shutting down every 10 minutes. They fixed all the other issues and claimed to have fixed the main derate issue but they didn't. Now I find myself broke down in Colorado two days later with the same problem.
