I rarely write reviews but felt that I needed to do the public a service by warning them about this company. Unfortunately in 2016 we decided to switch our phone service to Foremost. The problems started from the first week of service and never improved in the 3 years we were obligated under a contract to stay with them. There were constant disruptions in service where our phones were completely down. The disruptions would last a day to several days. To remedy this, we had our employees using their cell phones to call clients but unfortunately the clients couldn't call us because our phones were completely out. Each time there was a disruption, Foremost had an excuse, either a switch was turned off accidentally or there was bad weather or flooding somewhere else in the US that was causing a disruption of our phone service several hundred miles away. So finally when our contract neared completion, we informed Foremost that we would be switching to another provider. It took a few months before our new phone provider was able to switch everything over from Foremost. In the meantime, were were on a \month to month\ contract with Foremost. This meant that the monthly rates increased and inn our case that was about an extra 400 added to our phone bill each month. Finally our phones were officially switched to the new company and Foremost was notified. Foremost, however, billed us for another month of service even though they weren't our phone provider and even though we were on a \month to month\ contract. I talked with several people at Foremost, trying to get them to forgo the charge for the additional month that we actually had no service from them but I was unsuccessful. Please be ware of this company. Not only are they a very poor provider of phone service that constantly had disruptions in service, they nickel and dime you out of every penny they can.

Spammers and Scammers! Do NOT ANSWER! They have a few locations throughout Texas- area codes: 210, 469 (a couple of them), 972, 956, 361 and toll free #s 1-866 and 1-800. They call repeatedly! Over and over and even when they say they will add you to the do not call list....they end up calling from a different #.

whatever these people do spamming is one of their biggest services. Get multiple calls from a number registered to this business that never says anything and hangs up. Looked up the number and found numerous complaints of the same experience, calling and asking for a name then hanging up. Sounds like nothing but a spam group to me.
