No customer has ever received an advertised price at this dealership . Don’t believe it? Show up with one. Your retort below is typical. Nothing you can do will change your 60 year history of bait and switch tactics. Plenty of Local dealerships will honor advertised prices . You got me once but you left 20 future sales to honorable businesses.
DO NOT purchase a vehicle from Friendly Chevrolet. I bought a used 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray in November and questioned the tires that I felt needed to be replaced. The sales person, Emanuel Rameriz, told me as long as it passed inspection, they would not replace the tires. This is a high performance vehicle, so good tires are critical. Needless to say, they would not replace the tires and I have not been able to drive my car very much due to not feeling safe. I really notice it on turns as the front end will jump due to limited tread on the tires which cases the traction on the front to skip. Since I paid sticker price for this vehicle, the least they could have done was to put a good set on tires on the car. Would NOT RECOMMEND!
I had a great experience there yesterday. Sean Paul, my sales rep, was extremely helpful and helped find us some additional saving when he saw that my wife worked for the school district. I walked away with the Truck i've always wanted at a great price. Sean was not pushy and followed through with everything he said he was going to do. Thank you to the whole Friendly Chevy team for a great experience!
