We had an okay experience with the company. We did request the inspection last minute and the first agent was really nice and cooperated to give us the time over the weekend. However, on the day of we did not have good experience. I requested I be there at the time of the inspection and called multiple times on the day but was not notified of the inspector being arrived at the location. There were couple of things missed in the inspection which i had to point out. The inspector couldn't complete few things due to bad weather and they did come-out quickly for remaining things. Again, we asked for a follow-up call for questions but no communication. I don't feel good about using them again.

We bought a new home in august, 6 2018. I called GreenWorks for the inspection, I really regret. Philip Allen was the person who did the inspection. The inspection report stated that the house had no termites or any evidence of existing. After 5 months my pest control company found out there was a termite in the garage, and that has been there over a year. I did not know how the termite would look or anything. I called GreenWorks over the phone and the person who answered were willing to help me but after the call transferred to the manager everything changed. She was telling me the termite came out during the 5 months and when the inspection was done there were no sign of termite!! The termite reached the ceiling of my garage there is no way it came out within 5 months, I posted pictures below. The manager was telling me to get her a prove of how old the termite so she can help me. I called a different company to check on it. The inspector told me according to this damage the termite been eating the wall over 1 year. GreenWorks is really bad company, I would not trust them at all. Also the report stated that he put the termite inspection sticker under the sink, but he did not. THERE IS NO STICKER UNDER THE SINK. There is only one sticker belong to an old inspection that has been done 5 years ago. Save yourself the money they are scammers.... FIND A BETTER COMPANY
