I'm really impressed with this place! The lady in front of me was here to pick up a pair of shoes, and they found some other pairs in the back she had forgotten... from two years ago! I'm shocked they kept them that long. Then, I was amazed they matched the color of the leather insoles to the light pink of my old insoles! And they got the job done in just a day and a half. I'm definitely coming back here!

I want to give it a 5-star review. They fixed my favorite laced boots--resoled, repaired the leather, they squeaked, etc. (Basically, the did a full repair). It cost 124, but that is a competitive price. The only reason that I am giving it 3 stars is that, even though I asked them to resew the leather upper to the welt (both shoes had this issue around the toe crease), I got them back and realized the only glued the she back together. Moreover, I'm pretty sure they re-used pieces of the leather sole that need to be replaced--the heel block, too. Now, that is pretty dishonest, and I'm not quite sure how I feel about it. The only reason I have hesitated to take them back--indeed, the only reason I'm not giving a 1-star review--is because the work the did do (however dishonest) was actually *very good.* My boots looked almost like new, and they are very, very comfortable now. Does anyone know whether Kosta Dino's warrants their repairs? If so, please let me know.
Shoes were wearing out; Was on the verge of buying new ones; Kosta Dino’s fixed them up and now they look brand new again; didn’t have to spend as much as buying a new pair!
