Don't know why it have 4 starts this place..I know seafood and this was no one that I could give 3 or 4 or 5 starts...sorry foy being honest...now the girls serving they are ok.
Mexican feel starting right when I walked in. I didn't even know a category of Mexican seafood existed.
I enjoy coming to eat here, the food is delicious, the servers are great. I always get great service but it is a very hot restaurant!!! I expect to walk in a restaurant to cool down from this Texas heat and enjoy my food. Unfortunately because of how hot the restaurant is the heat gives a bad aspect on the servers, they are all covered in sweat. Another bad thing about this restaurant is the restrooms, they stink like sewers. Don’t get me wrong the food is delicious like I said and the servers are all very polite and I would love to come back and enjoy the food but if they seriously don’t fix their air conditioning problems and restroom issues I will not be going back and I will call the city.
I love this place and have been coming with my family for years now, but the place has really gone down over the years. The food is still great but management really needs to pay attention to their establishment. In the last two months that I have gone to this location and their location on Overlake both of the restaurants have NO AC! How do you expect your customers to visit and enjoy a meal with NO AC?!! I figured it would get fixed so I came back and still nothing. Like I said their food is great and service is great but how are you going to have your employees working with mask in that heat! I know I couldn’t be there without the AC. I asked my server if she knew when they were going to resolve the issue and she said she wasn’t sure, I felt so bad for them having to work in that heat. I really hope this review helps management improve the maintenance in their business.
