My father was in this place for about 3 weeks, really didn’t make any difference at all, actually he came back home worse, with a lot of marks on his legs and arms, the nurses are the worst , they are terrible, one day I was in a video chat with my father, and a nurse told me to tell him to stop moving because he was going to fall and she said that I didn’t want to see him on the floor, and said that they didn’t have the time to be watching him all the time. If you really love your love ones, don’t take them to this place, you will regret it, this was the worst decision I’ve ever made, I have to say the administration staff were friendly.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THERE. They will never get out. I HAVE A WRITTEN MEDICAL POWER OF ATTORNEY they refused to accept it, refused moms release, refused to give me someones name to submit it to, refused any help at all. MONEY GRUBBERS that's what that place is. Even when I handed it to them they refused to acknowledge they got it. I had three witnesses when I handed it to them. This is c r a z y ... it's a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place.

I was in OnPointe Rehab for a little over 2 weeks nursing a dislocated left hip. The people that work there are So, So nice I could not believe it. I've been in 3 other skilled, excuse me, I meant \unskilled\ facilities. This place is Heaven compared to those other rat traps. Everyone first of all they all spoke English. Second, everyone really honestly cares about you. Everyone there from the Administrators to the house keeping were just plain GREAT!!! My favorite was Kimberly. I thought she was just the cutest thing that I've seen in a long time. (Long time). It got to the point that I didn't want to leave, but alas I had to. I will always remember my time at OnPointe and remember how much they cared. Thanks OnPointe for being there for me. Love y'all all. God Bless. If I could I would give them 6 stars.

Spoke with a patient who came to this facility after breaking his hip and had to come to receive therapy. Stated this was a great place but he wasn’t able to communicate it well to the world. He said the staff was great with a great personality. They where very attentive to his needs. From the techs, the nurses, the doctors and the whole therapy crew. He was very thankful to getting him home. Thank you Thank you he says. Also from my experience the entire staff is great with warm hearts and great personalities. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They truly go above and beyond. I want to send a special thank you as well.
