Pretty sure it's against a code somewhere to have all the doors locked while the business is operating and be serving customers. Staff just walked around as if there weren't people standing outside trying to see if they had a wait list. No sign on the door, no one answered the phones.. I ordered online and couldn't get my food. horrible horrible service to not have the decency to communicate in some fashion.

What is the ONE job that a restaurant have? To prepare food and give. We ordered 6 items out of which 2 items were poorly prepared. TRUST ME. They added HAM & BACON to the chicken sandwich (I do not eat HAM neither BACON ) and gave completely burned breads. So, we called the restaurant to let them know this has happened and if they can change it since we were hungry. The lady was like no we cannot do anything, you do not come here and please go to the app for refund. This is sad. I need food right now that is why i ordered. JUST ONE JOB CAFE HAS TO PROVIDE FOOOOD. which normal cafe gives burned black bread toast? This is common sense that we do not provide this kind of food to customer. POOR QUALITY FOOD.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAFE. I was in shock to see what I was served....A breakfast sandwich covered with toxic mold. I brought it up to the register employee and requested a refund. She literally did not offer an apology nor looked concerned. I assume this happens often, based on her nonchalant attitude. I am appalled that such a big establishment would be serving old rotten food. I emailed corporate 3x and they never replied. I could have gotten very sick if I would have eaten the food with mold. I'm disgusted by my experience and ofcourse will never be supporting this company. There is no reason why this should be happening and someone in corporate should have really contacted me back!

Turkey cranberry sandwich was great, but chocolate chip cookie that came with it was not good because it was cold and hard - I love the ones at the Stonebriar location, and it’s the reason I go to Paradise in the first place. Probably not coming back to this location because I guess the cookies aren’t guaranteed delicious here.

Ordered from Grubhub and they gave us wrong order. Sent me a ham sandwich instead of chicken. Also toast with the omlette came completely burnt. Added a photo. When I called back to complain, they asked me to get a refund from grubhub for the incorrect order and spoke rudely on the phone for their own mistake. Please don’t order delivery from here. Spoiled all the mood for breakfast.
